About TPCC Cell:
Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College has a well established Training placements & Career Guidance Cell that puts in the best efforts to up skill the students and helps them for getting into higher education or get hired in a reputed organization as per their interest. TPO Cell was established in 2006 with a main objective of creating ample career opportunities for students in reputed Corporate Companies. TPCC organizes various career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year. In the induction program of I B.Tech, the Cell provides motivation, counseling and roadmap regarding various campus training programs and self-preparation. Students are encouraged to visit the Cell and interact with the faculty and get the required inputs that help them progress. Workshops and career guidance sessions by various experts and alumni frequently held on the campus are of immense help to the students. Interactions with the senior students who got placed in MNCs and other reputed companies add strength to the T&P Cell. It is presently headed by K.Tulasi Krishna Kumar who holds a dominant position shouldering various responsibilities and running a gamut of activities intended to cater to the needs of the students. The Cell plays a pivotal role in locating jobs for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA & MCA students by being constantly in touch with the reputed firms and industrial establishments in and around Visakhapatnam. Career advisers engage them in discussions and students are encourage to attend talks, information fairs and recruitment events.
•Providing Training & Placement process awareness to first year students.
•Planning and organizing various Placement drives in campus and finding, informing and managing Pool Placements drives.
•To provide career guidance about avenues open after graduation &post graduation. ie. Higher education, placements or entrepreneurship.
•To provide campus recruitment to students.
•To have good relations with the recruiters in and around visakhapatnam & other zones.
•Organizing Pre- Placement Training’s and managing recruiters correspondence and feedback’s.
- Motivating students aspire for higher studies and guide them to take up competitive exams such as GATE, GRE, PGCET ,TOEFL and so on.
- Conducting seminars on various opportunities available for higher education or research field in India and abroad.
- Gathering constant feedback from the companies about alumni working with them and analyzing it for bettering the present training methods or curriculum.
- Assisting students in developing technical knowledge, quantitative and verbal aptitude, and also arranging industry interaction programs either through outsourcing or by in-house faculty.
- Looking for the industries those support the college in terms of providing technical support, lab establishments, and internships for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCAand enter MoU with them.
- Molding the personality of the students holistically by imparting training on personality development.
- Enriching the skills of the students to meet the industries’ recruitment process.
- Locating employment opportunities available across the industry for the students.
Establishing a relationship with the corporate leaders and present brief profile of the college and invite them to conduct campus recruitment for final year engineering graduates.

Roles & Responsibilities of Coordinator
- To coordinate with SanketikaVidyaParisahad Engineering CollegeFinal & prefinal year students & faculty members.
- To conduct regular Training programs, meetings, discussing about student enrichment, taking suggestions from principal, corporate trainers & higher level or management.
- To invite corporate & give talks to the students about day to day updates in the market as per job demand.
- Co-ordinate maintenance work with concerned staff.
Roles & Responsibilities of Faculty Members
- Create check list on the results & segregate the data of the students those are willing for jobs or higher education
- To collect the final data from Department wise members and ensuring their presence in the training programs happening in & outside the campus
- Organizing various activities as per the schedule and involving the students.

- Share information with the final year students
- Ensuring that all the students are attending the sessions

Seminar Hall
SanketikaVidyaParisahad Engineering College has a spacious well seated 200 capacity seminar hall to the students. Many workshops, PPT’s, one day seminars including National Symposium has been conducted.
Interview with GD Room
The SVPEC provides state of art facility for corporate and placement readiness practice trough mock Group Discussions and interviews. There is a Group Discussion room and HR-Panels available in the campus.
Computer lab for Online Exam
Computer Systems are available to provide regular Training and to conduct Assessments beyond the Curriculum as a part of CRT. Pharmacy relevant& few I.T other companies are conducting the online exams though our center.
