  2. Academic Oversight

    • Approve new programs, courses, and revisions to existing ones.
    • Review and approve academic regulations, curriculum, and syllabus changes.
    • Ensure alignment with accreditation standards (e.g., NBA, NAAC) and regulatory bodies (e.g., AICTE, UGC).
    • Encourage and support research, innovation, and skill development initiatives.
  3. Financial Management

    • Approve budgets and monitor financial performance.
    • Review and approve fee structures and proposals for funding/grants.
    • Ensure transparent and efficient use of financial resources.
  4. Infrastructure Development

    • Approve plans for campus development, including new buildings, laboratories, and technology upgrades.
